Michele Sherman, Au.D. | Doctor of Audiology & Owner

Dr. Sherman has worked with patients of diverse backgrounds in the evaluation, treatment and management of hearing impairments, dizziness and balance issues, and tinnitus. She has had a vast array of clinical experience while working for a prominent ENT and Neuro-otology practice in Miami, FL. In addition to her extensive experience, Dr. Sherman also prides herself in providing the utmost in patient care. She is passionate about improving the quality of life for those individuals struggling with hearing impairments and ringing in the ears.

Eun "Rudi" Kim, Au.D. | Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Kim joined the Towers Audiology Center in July 2022. Prior to joining our clinic, Dr. Kim gained audiological experience at Northern California Kaiser Permanente, Hearing and Speech Center of Northern California, and Orange County Physicians’ Hearing Services . She has extensive experience working with ENTs and patients of diverse backgrounds. Dr. Kim provides expertise in adult diagnostics, counseling, hearing aid fittings and verification. She is passionate about evidence-based practice and patient centered care. She is bilingual in Korean and English. She enjoys spending time with her two dogs, star gazing in Joshua Tree, and traveling to different places. Dr. Kim is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and is certified by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). She is licensed in the State of California as a clinical and dispensing audiologist.

Dora Rodriguez | Office Manager

Dora has been working with the hearing-impaired for more than 20 years and has been office manager at Towers Audiology Center for over 10 years. She completed a comprehensive audiology assistant program through Nova Southeastern University, and is now licensed by the Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board as an Audiology Aid. Her expertise includes all aspects of insurance as well as hearing aid servicing and she is dedicated to providing the best care to our patients.

Alma J. Martinez | Front Office Coordinator

Alma joined our team in August of 2022, she has over 20 years of experience in customer services and will take care of your scheduling needs. She will also make sure your visit to our office is a pleasant one.

She is a proud mom of two wonderful daughters and enjoys listing to music and watching soccer.
